ji77 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ji77", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to ji77.biz and its operating entity, which provides online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://ji77.biz.
• "Platform" means the ji77 website, any associated mobile web application, and all games, services, tools, and content made available through ji77.biz.
• "Player", "you", or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the ji77 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the ji77 Platform, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified Philippine mobile number and identity.
• "Real Money Balance" means PHP funds deposited by the Player and held within the Player's ji77 Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by ji77 pursuant to active promotions.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer table, or sports market available on the ji77 Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

1. Age Requirement. Access to the ji77 Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. This age threshold is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. ji77 enforces this requirement through identity verification during account registration. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
2. Geographic Eligibility. The ji77 Platform is intended for use by players accessing the service from the Philippines. It is each Player's individual responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ji77 does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
3. One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ji77 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4. Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC). ji77 reserves the right to require Players to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (SSS, PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and, where required, source of funds documentation.

3. Account Responsibilities

1. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ji77 Account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ji77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
2. Players must notify ji77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account by contacting support via live chat.
3. Players must not share Account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to place wagers on their behalf using their Account.
4. ji77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that shows signs of unauthorized access, irregular activity, or activity inconsistent with normal player behavior, pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Accepted Payment Methods. ji77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank, among other approved Philippine payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the ji77 Platform is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. ji77 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
3. Withdrawal Requirements. Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name that matches the verified KYC identity on their Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4. Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. Processing times stated are targets, not guarantees.
5. Withdrawal Limits. Minimum single withdrawal is ₱200. Daily withdrawal limits may apply and are disclosed within the Account cashier section. Players who have utilized Bonus Balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
6. AML Compliance. ji77 maintains Anti-Money Laundering compliance procedures in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and AMLC regulations. Unusual or suspicious transactions will be flagged, investigated, and reported as required by law. ji77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending AML review.

5. Betting Rules

1. All Wagers placed through the ji77 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or sport market. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
2. Once a Wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. The outcome of all casino game Wagers is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live physical game outcomes for live dealer games.
3. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or disconnection during a Wager, ji77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the Wager based on the last confirmed game state. If no clear resolution is possible, the Wager will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
4. ji77 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, including Wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on markets that were incorrectly opened. Players will be notified of any such voidance.
5. ji77 maintains minimum and maximum bet limits across all games. Current limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted at ji77's discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. ji77 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and deposit match incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from Bonus-derived winnings.
2. Bonus Balances are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for transfer to Real Money Balance and subsequent withdrawal.
3. ji77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has commenced participation, earned Bonus Balances will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
4. Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing low-risk qualifying Wagers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Balances and may result in account suspension.

7. Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji77 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or malfunction in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption of any sporting event.

Any Player found to have engaged in the above will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the ji77 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, game assets, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of ji77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
2. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from ji77.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The ji77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ji77 takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, it does not warrant uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji77's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
3. ji77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or emotional distress.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits ji77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ji77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Player personal information is governed by the ji77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ji77 processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

1. ji77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. 21+ All gaming activities are restricted to adults aged 21 years and above.
2. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their ji77 Account dashboard at any time: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion.
3. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months for temporary exclusion and permanently for indefinite exclusion.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ji77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. In the event of any dispute between a Player and ji77, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact ji77 support via live chat to initiate this process.
3. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.
4. Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or any other relevant regulatory authority.
